Well all seems good so far once I get over the paranoia of when is it going to stop working it will be great. Essex recon were good only thing is they never told me what they did apart from the metal case had been changed but otherwise a very fast service.

Well it's coming back tomorrow and they only got it yesterday so lets hope it's that is what was buggered and can drive normally again.

Look about 4 or 5mm going to ask the recon bloke if he can send it back with one fingers crossed bloody thing.

Going to attack it in the morning, tightend it with allen key and spanner out thread lock on it and give it some love but the bugger still squeaking so if no joy in morning it's coming off and getting replaced already asked euro car parts so not a problem doing that don't think he ever herd the...

The 3 that fasten to the arm seem ok its the bugger thats on bottom of the ball part, got it thight so it doesn't spin but the nut just doesn't want to go tight enough.

Changing this has proved to be an f ing pain in the ar$e, got it swapped over easy enough all put in fine for a few days now squeaking like a bugger manage to tighten nut stays quiet then starts again, it's on a cls just then end type not whole arm. So just wondering how tight these buggers need...

Thankfully the arms aren't broke by the look of it will give them a bit of lube, only thing that crosses my mind is something maybe bent on one side
