It’s where the Adaptor is fitted into the gun it usually has Ptfe on it just loosen it off and apply more or less ptfe until you get it set tight enough and in the correct position.

Just fitted a donor door to a fiesta , I know it’s not a Merc but they literally just bolt straight on you might need to change the door card for the original if it’s a different variant . Also the window tint could be different. You tube it good luck
