It may not apply to your case ,but in my W203 C220 CDI I had exactly the same issue , replaced few components like turbo actuator ,fuel filter etc Accidentally found out that the transmission fluid level was low. Did fluid change and set fluid level correctly and hey presto ,no more issues

Best way to find out is to pull the sensor out and see if they are plugged in and wired , then take it from there

Are you sure they are actually factory fitted ,if you decode your vin does it say parktronic fitted? I went once to see an old w203 with parking sensors ,it turned out the owner changed both front and rear bumpers and fitted ones with parking sensors so they were redundant

I agree they are rubbish. I took a working one from my W211 and fitted it to the W203 and still no joy. I bought a second hand latest alarm MB produced which has a yellow sticker part A2198203226 still no working alarm

Measure the battery with engine off , how old is the battery?

Let the garage take the injector out , you inspect it for wear to the the nozzle cap , If wear is evident take it to your local diesel specialist and ask them to replace it. My local diesel specialist did clean shot blast my injector , fitted a new nozzle cap all in for 15 quid , New nozzle cap...

If injector nozzle cap is damage free ,and the surface of cylinder in head is clean( I prefer to polish it using sandpaper on lapping stick) ( some use a cutting tool ) and new bolt used and torqued properly there will be no leak for a long while
