    Remapping on pcp

Can I add fuel to the fire and say that I have an A250 AMG! (Not even AMG Line, but AMG!) As badged and sold by Mercedes  And before anyone tries to beat the living crap outta me.......yes I know it's not an AMG! Lol

Benz On The Green 2018 @ GOODWOOD. Your thoughts?

Id love to attend next year and would be well up for a larger site as the George was pretty cramped, with some only getting their cars in when others had left. I do understand the comments about losing the intimate feel in larger surroundings though. I'm sure whatever you guys decide, it will be...

What Is It With Tinted Front Screens?

The scooters with no number plates are a real issue atm in London. Lots of moped enabled robberies and related crime. It doesn't help that only a small percentage of officers can pursue 2 wheeled vehicles :/

Any RC owners? Cars/trucks/other RC vehicles

I had a HPI Savage X and used to run it over crystal palace park, but the council stopped us from doing it as the cars were tearing up the grass. Was an awesome machine and super fast. Loved the smell and noise of the nitro cars :thumb: I chose that as it was rugged enough to run absolutely...

    Tinted windows?

I think it depends on what type of police you speak to. In the Met, regular response officers wouldn't care about your tints, but drive past a traffic car and they'll have you pulled over with their tint man out in no time at all lol

    Tinted windows?

Doc matt, they're definitely tinted :thumb: I love tinted windows as I think they make cars look much nicer. I have the factory privacy glass on my car and I wouldn't get the fronts done like I used to when I was younger. Would be too embarrassing getting pulled over! I had my W204 done at...

    Is C205 200 petrol underpowered?

This is SO true, and is often forgotten by 4x4 drivers. Had a very bad experience of a massive 4x4 hurtling towards me downhill in the snow! I had taken the same very steep hill in first gear with very light pressure on the brakes and had no issue descending it. I look in my mirror and...

    Is C205 200 petrol underpowered?

I had a C180 petrol W204 and I found it perfectly capable. It never felt slow imho. But saying that, I now drive a C250d ands it's so much more fun! I do even fewer miles than you a year, probably around 5-6k, but I got a huge discount off the car, so I didn't pay more for the Diesel engine.

Where are the cup holders in a W205?!

I had a 63 plate W204 too and had cup holders on that. Only options were the premium and premium plus packs, but they didn't include cup holders. Not sure what's going on here lol

Wrong fuel but car is better

For me it was simple, I drive an unleaded car, but that day I was driving a diesel. It's an automatic thing. I go to the pump, I pick up the unleaded pump, and I fill it up lol I'm not sure how anyone can NOT understand how easy it is to do lol

    Disappointing service at MB Croydon

Well on a positive note, it was booked in again for Tuesday and I dropped in in at around 0900. They called me at 1400 to say it was ready for me to pick up. What would you know.....5 hours later lol Got a feeling it only took them a couple of hours though as I got a Mercedes me message around...

Wrong fuel but car is better

I did this once in a diesel car and the AA man told me the same, "it certainly won't do it and harm, and it may in fact be good for the engine" Must admit, I never felt any difference in the car, but it was only a small Seat Ibiza

Yes, you need to know what version of COMAND you have. I can't tell you I'm afraid, but I'm sure someone will be able to let you know :) Once you know what COMAND you have, I'll be able to point you in the right direction of what maps are the latest :thumb:

You have to go into the nav and then I think it's settings (maybe wrong) and then at the bottom is says system information, or words to that effect. If no one has corrected me in an hour or so, I'll pop out to the car and take some pics :thumb:

    Disappointing service at MB Croydon

That does seem to be the most logical explanation, but the only thing that has me questioning it, is that they don't want to do it. They don't want to do it because it takes ages and costs them as their tech/ramp/bay is tied up and not working on something else. If they could do it in minutes...
