A simple thing, I imagine, but I have had the washer cover smashed on my 2005 c180 estate and have got a new one from MB but the rear washer doesn't wash - water just comes out down by the spindle. Having looked at another thread on this forum I seem to be missing the nozzle that sits inside...

alexpress - did you have any luck with finding out what this part is called? Mine was torn but I glued a piece of rubber inside it so that the new seal just sits inside it and, hopefully, this will prevent the window seal getting dislodged or torn again. I did consider changing the torn part...

I have sucessfully fitted the new rear window seal. If anyone else is interested here is how it seems to work: The old seal can be pulled upwards and out of the trim then the new seal slides carefully from the top. There are tabs fitted outside and inside the window that allow you to seat them...

I can take some pictures just as soon as I find out how to replace the seal. Until then I'm not going to risk removing the old one in case it's not an easy job to replace it. I have collected the new seal and it appears to slot into the edge trim although I can't tell if the entire trim needs...

I have a 1998 W208 clk230 convertible and the seal on the rear window (effectively the B pillar seal) is torn - this is the seal that runs down the front of the drivers side rear window which the drivers door glass seals against. Not a major problem but I'd like to sort it out. I have searched...
