Just gone back to a C63 from 2 years ownership of a C43. Difference as you would imagine is epic. The C43 response/ pick up was slow in comfort, i had the switchable exhaust, its ok. Fuel economy was a disappointing for it. Early days with my C63 but its not to far off the C43 Figures.Of course...

Yes, could well have been the map...if i pulled out to overtake and had not changed to S mode then there was no pick up at all. It was so slow and unresponsive unless i kicked down.

Thanks for the write Up. I had my C63 Saloon for 7 years before changing for C43 Estate. A lot of turbo lag in C mode and even though it was a great car with the 4matic found it a bit underwhelming. So gone back to V8 and have a 2020 C63s Saloon waiting for me to pick up whenever my never ending...

miss the V8 sound and acceleration but after 11 years of 200 miles to a tank with the 63 and 55...circumstances meant change :(

Only when I see others! Honestly, not really. Enjoyed every minute of C63 but it was time to change. Merc warranty had gone up to £1700 amongst other things. Miss the V8 noise and power the most.
