Well im afraid i really do have to sell the old girl this time for real. since buying her shes had a full re spray, full genuine c43 amg bumbers and side skirts fitted, 2 tone c43 amg interior fitted, custom c43 steering wheel fitted, has been re chipped to 175bhp and has a full stainless...

all the O rings on the clear pipes were brand new when i got the car a couple of years ago, to be honest i think there has always been a few bubbles in the pipes, more so when you rev her up more so im guessing maybe the stop solenoid was possibly missed

thats great thanks, looks like the air bubbles might be originating from the stop solenoid, im guessing i can get the seals for this ok

oh and also the pipe ending at 83 has some bubbles in it too

i know this subject has been covered quite a bit, can someone tell me what the pipe numbered 74 comes from and too as this seems to be the one with the most bubbles,thanks

Well the guy who looked at the car decided not to buy her... weird as I was relieved when he sent me the message.... so the old girl isn't going anywhere.. so new hybrid turbo and new intercooler on the way.. :)

thanks for you comments, its a difficult decision really, a guy came round today and had a really good round as hes finding it hard to find a really good quality fault free w202 c250 estate..!! time will tell :)

i recently wrote down a list of how much ive spent on my w202 estate c250 since buying her a couple of years ago. the car cost me originally £1100.00 and even by leaving out alot of small stuff and service items ive still spent... wait for it.........!!!! almost...

i picked up a couple of large bottles of G3 a few years ago . the stuff is very good and easy to use, much better than t-cut :)

just noticed that my heater fan control will now not turn the fan off it will make it go slow or faster but not turn it off.i noticed a while back that the fan speed would sometimes be a bit eratic, would this be the fan motor resistor on the way out. what part do you think needs replacing...

thats a shame as the pictures make it look a real nice car !!!
