Hi, The luggage cover motor will not switch off when cover it has finished its travel. The reed switch and magnet are working but the motor still doesn't stop. Any ideas please

Finally, I took the brake light switch apart and re tentioned the terminal spring and lightly cleaned the switch points,. (desperatly poor quality switch) and all is now fine!

The esr/bas light came on, re set brake switch and light has gone out but still don't get cruise?? Any suggestions please
