Unfortunately the hoses are not visible from the top. If it was main dealer serviced pm me your registration number and email address and I will check it on the digital service book system at work for you to see if the box was serviced as I work at a Mercedes-Benz dealer.

I believe the 7g box service interval is around 37k or 4 years whichever is first. Unable to make any noise out on the video is a bit short, is the sound like a suck or blow noise as our model can have intercooler hose problems.
