John I was advised by the Mercedes technician that after measurements were taken the brake disc is distorted. I had no idea; they informed me of that and put it down on the warranty claim.

Hi John Thanks for your note. Yes, I'm extremely annoyed as one can imagine. I will be personally calling him up again tomorrow and mentioning to him that I have put a post directly on this website to highlight my concerns with their warranty. Maybe that will do it.
