You may want to read my original first post .the car was new .brand new .from mercedes Benz .I've been dealing with mercedes Benz finance as they own the car .it's the consumer rights act 2015 .the complaint regards the gearbox started at 2000 miles6 weeks after taking ownership .

By not discussing it .would not enter into conversion when I brought it up or reply to emails if I mentioned it

The gearbox would jolt when changing up from 2 to 3 and then from 3 down to 2 .I've had it from 7 to 4 for no reason .it get a lot worse in traffic .

Not forgetting that it went back three times for attempted repairs first at 2000 miles then a week later then again 7 weeks after .I've since then been battling with them
