fault code p0758 is not the code you're looking for. you should get other fault codes too. the better the scanner the more codes you get.

fault code p1841 indicates faulty transmission control module and it is repairable. remove it from the bottom of the gearbox, without removing the gearbox, and send it to ecutesting.com. for this particular fault they do a good job with life time warranty.

3 wire plug by the fuse box near the battery +ve terminal, touch the wire with purple trace to the battery +ve with ignition off, if starter does not crank replace it. not the easiest thing to do. good luck...
