Thanks for the replies. I won't be getting a panoramic roof. I have been looking on Auto trader for various pics but sometimes you don't get the true image. Is this Palladium in the video? ?Impressions? - Video - Mercedes-Benz.com

Should I buy the new C Class Coupe?

Someone told me the 2011 could be the year the car was introduced as a model line rather than build date?

Should I buy the new C Class Coupe?

Does anyone know why when I am looking at the C Class Coupe C180 BlueEFFICIENCY AMG Sport 2dr Auto On the Merc Agility Finance Quote it says : Mercedes C Class C180 BlueEFFICIENCY AMG Sport 3dr Auto 2011 Is that the same car?

    What's the difference here?

On the website it is just the basic C Class Coupe C180 with just Automatic gearbox. Nothing else added in… but as you say it could be for a specific car. In theory though… there should be no reason for the C180 [1.6] engine to be more expensive than the plain C180.

    What's the difference here?

Bit strange hey. I know they have introduced the new sport plus line on the c coupe. Still don't understand how a smaller engine [1.6] costs more than the 1.8 here! Lol

    What's the difference here?

 Thanks for that! So I am looking at the new c class coupe... on the online brokers they have the c180 and c180 [1.6]. On merc websites there is no mention of the c180 [1.6] on the April 2012 pricelist. So does that mean the c180 [1.6] engine is a dud now? :dk:

    What's the difference here?

As in what does the [1.6] mean! Not the price! But of course there is a difference in the price.

    What's the difference here?

Does anyone know what the difference is on these cars? I don't understand the [1.6] on the first C180. This one is more expensive than the car with just C180 MERCEDES-BENZ C CLASS COUPE C180 [1.6] BlueEFFICIENCY AMG Sport 2dr Auto £28,509.00 (Saving £3,081.00) MERCEDES-BENZ C CLASS COUPE...

Has anyone purchased a new Merc through Carfile? They say they use a midlands Merc dealer. Anyone know which dealership this is?

Getting a discount on a new Merc

Good shout. That was my thinking that places like Broadspeed say you can use the MB finance for the car. Surely the price of the car negotiated has nothing to do with the Agility offer on the c coupe. The sales man at MB yesterday told me regardless of your deposit amount there is a £5k dealer...

Getting a discount on a new Merc

I think i will do that. I have a specd up quote from carfile and will see if they can do a deal with that. I need the agility deal so let's see what their best offer is.

Getting a discount on a new Merc

So really the answer is… yes they could match the broker price but they would never give me the agility deal with the £5k dealer contribution. So either way the dealer would still be cheaper in hindsight. As the broker is giving £3k off. I might be better off haggling the price down without...
