Yes I did and my mate who is an old school mechanic asked the question 'before I start on this I need to know what gear (if any) I am running the torque converter up in' - he doesn't want to break the gearbox trying to service it!

he won't do that just in case it causes damage to the box running without fluid - hes intending following

Question for Olly(other esteemed experts may know) from my mate who is doing my 5g box oil change for me - he's asked when running the four minutes to empty the TC is the car in drive, neutral or park?? also I've bought EIGHT litres of the correct spec oil is 8l enough??

is this the 5 speed?

Can anyone help; How do you drain the torque converter on a 5G? Oil capacity with an empty TC? Oil capacity where the TC hasn't been emptied?
