Yeah, they put a flat bottom on the original wheel.

Yeah, I had it sent for a retrim at Royal Steering Wheels. I wasn't too keen on the flat bottom when it came back but it did grow on me! It's certainly a lot nicer than it was before! :) Gear knob matches as well!

You'll have to remove the head unit to check what size jack is on the end of that wire, but 2.5mm and 3.5mm replacement microphones are available off of ebay quite cheap. It is worth doing as that is a nice head unit in the car!

I suppose it is also possible that the owner previous to me put the tape on the valve to make it look silver... A long black valve must stick out like a sore thumb on those wheels. Never had any issues with the tyres holding pressure anyway so I would imagine it is pretty safe to remove the tape!

That microphone was part of the hands free system and was all functioning perfectly when I sold it, I have no idea why it would have been cut... As for the tape, I would imagine it is part of a DIY repair like Abb says, and I am ashamed to say it had the tape on the valve the whole time I owned...

Haha, no thanks dude. Just treat it right! Yeah, that seems to be all, loads of switches and parking sensors. The first C43 I owned had a Becker head unit (single DIN) with navigation. Now that was a fully loaded car - apart from fire extinguisher - that I wish I kept instead of selling for...

Oh well, at least most of the spares are there!! And the box that I gave him by mistake which is part of a set from my shed! Lol. There was definitely a grille I gave him, but the nicer one was on the car anyway so it is no great loss!

It is a full stainless system from the manifold back with one cat removed. Most of the exhaust parts have MB numbers on them. It has the original tips. It was quite an expensive set up from what the guy I bought it from said! The grille is a genuine MB part, as it had a Chinese copy that was...

How long is the wait until you have it..? The car wasn't cleaned before I took the video (or the driveway as I'd been away working for a month! :confused:) I am glad it will be reaching an enthusiastic owner soon!

I also have all the work in progress photos of the sills being repaired, though I have lost the ones for the arches and wings, but rest assured they have been done!
