I’m trying to source a pair of rear shocks for my ML280 (Sport). GSF only seem to do them for the non sport model, does anyone know if they will actually fit. I realise they may be a bit softer but I’m struggling to find any at reasonable prices. Thanks.

Solved: Found corrosion on the fan PCB between the control wire contacts and the aluminium back plate. Cleaned this carefully and normal service was restored. Not sure how the water is getting in to create the corrosion, but seems like a common problem.

The heater fan in my ML280 is running (pretty fast) when I switch the ignition off. It starts after about 5-10 seconds after the ignition is switched off, and keeps running. If I press the parking heated switch it then slows to what would be normal. Any thoughts?

The left and right are slightly different, in as much as the right has the brake pad wear indicator and had a larger 4 pin plug where as the left just has a small 2 pin plug. Could make up some short jump leads to test although it would be a bit fiddly as the pins are pretty small.
