Me too. Problem is, I took the car out of the garage at the weekend, spent 2 hours on it with all my cleaning gear then put it straight back!

Mrs J leases a little A class AMG and it's great fun so we tend to use that at the weekends. If I'm nice to her she lets me borrow it! Have had a couple of offers but not enough to tempt me at the mo and it's amazing how they vary too.

That's a really good price Jay - I bought a set just after I got the car in October but sure I paid more than that! I didn't buy the MB roof box as I already had a Mont Blanc box - call me sad but it looked quite cool with the box on top and the bikes on the back!

Hey Ant - thanks for the link you put on here a while ago re leasing. We've picked up a good deal through Contract Cars.....went for the A200d AMG with night pack for Mrs J and she loves it. Once my PCPs up on the GLC I have to say I'm really tempted to lease. :banana:

I like the way it's been parked outside a random strangers posh house rather than outside his tower block in Peckham! It's a bit of a beast though!

I know what you mean - I've captured some right numpties on my camera and it really gives me peace of mind in the knowledge I've got it recording every time I hit the road. It also makes me think about my driving style too!

I echo what Jay said - my GLC 250 goes through gears 1-5 pretty quickly but smoothly. Occasionally on the motorway (if poodling along with the traffic queues) I manually change from 8 -9. I had the 7 speed in my ML350 and this is just as smooth.

And a nice bit of 'end space' parking - that's exactly what I do. I might as well park in the next town when we go shopping! Anything to avoid getting door dings! Stunning car buy way! :thumb:

Thanks Cedzz - just wanted to understand what issues people are experiencing so I can look out for it however, it looks like I'd know about it if a warning comes up on the dash. Fingers crossed you're all sorted now.
