Can't remember which way, but its either the mirror tilted to the very up or the very down position. In the gap you will see a little spring loaded hook, just unhook it and the mirror should come off. P.S.: Becarful, make sure you catch the mirror. The driver's side mirror is darn expensive!

It's a 12V 6W bulb. Partnumber: N400809000004 To change it you have to remove the outer Mirror case. First detach the mirror, then fold the mirrors into the close position. Using a screwdriver push the metal clip which is revealed inwards and you should be able to slide the mirror case off...

I think it's a bumper off job, the fog lights should be held in position by some screws. Changing the fog lights to white bulbs would defeat the purpose. More white = less visibility in foggy conditions. Unless you want to use them as DRL I would leave them as they are.
