Hi I've have just got new key shell for my clk 270cdi 2003 , and have swapped the insides over but no buttons working , key starts car and new batteries but no joy , any ideas ?

Sounds like you need to bleed the diesel system through the bleed valve by the diesel rail , it needs to be pressure bled

Hi can anybody help with a threaded injector bolt ? Can I just cut and put new bolt or do I have to drill out and helicoil or can I get oversize bolt ? Thank you

No u can't map it out and to change inlet manifold would cost about £ 1000

Hi can anyone tell me now I've got the injector out how do I get the insert out , on the utube vid he takes it out with a magnet but I've tried this and it doesn't seem to move ?

Hi the wipers and washers are not working on clk 270 cdi 2003 can any one shed a light , I've checked fuse and all ok

. Also I have a brake warning light on and it's link the hand brake light . But won't go off ?

Hi I'm going to put new seal and bolt on injector no.1 and have got the removal tool and cutting tool but need some sort of air pressure tool to screw into the glow plug hole to stop dirt etc getting into the system , please can anyone help or suggest something , thanks
