    Or like I said paid the 250 for the pump, fitting it is easier than the job you did and as you did that you could have done it :-P prob taken less time than the rebuild took too :-P

    LOL!! Wasn't trying to be difficult, doing what you did is probably harder than fitting the actual pump lol! So your £400 is well out lol :-P But fair play to you for fitting it lol, I have 2 broken pumps in the garage I'm going to order some rebuild kits and fix them and sell them lol

    But you would be silly to buy from Mercedes when you can buy the same part for 200 less elsewhere lol, also when I checked merc wanted 290 for the pump about 6 months back....

    It would be easier to buy some c63 brakes and put them on, but you might need new wheels to fit the calipers/offset?

    Front and rears turned up last week, fitted one rear today took about an hour.... The other will be quicker and fronts look a lot easier :)

    Why in America do arnott offer money for stock rear cores then? I'm confused? Anyway full set front and rear ordered should be here by weekend :)

    To be honest though a standard bag can leak giving same hassle.... I'm going to order arnott front and rears tomorrow, rears don't seem that hard from what I can see??? Just hope I get some dry weather as I don't fancy fitting in the rain :( Will let you know how I get on :)

    How does it work better? Don't be sarcastic if you have a point make it? After all the arnotts are remanufactured stock items... I can get the billstiene ones for similar price and they come with the tanks like stock but it means removing the rear subframe.... Every post or comment I have...

    Am I right in thinking if you replace them with the arnott ones you do away with the reservoir that is a potential for leaks?
