Well that didn’t work either!! Refused to import them! Still stuck with no address book and no personal points of interest..

Pulling the fuses didn’t work at all! I have put my contacts on to the SD card (exported via iCloud) and will try today to import them that way.

So I pulled both 309 and 322 at the same time but no joy. Also tried an old iPhone and it was the same. Anyone any ideas?! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Same issue here The link above relates to the other member on this forum. There is a fuse for the head unit - 322 also in the foot well. I have already done a full reset, unpaired the phone numerous times but no joy.

Does any of u knowledgeable people know if pulling a fuse will reset the 5 comms modules on my 2017 GLC with Comand? I did actually pull fuse 309 in the footwell for 3 hours but that didn’t seem to do anything. Is there another fuse that will cut the power to them so they reset?

2 x indies say they can’t do it. That must be A really good one you have!! I pulled the Hermes comms fuse from foot well for 3 hours but nothing happened.

So it’s £139 + VAT just for the privilege of letting the Mercedes garage look at it!!!! 🤐😩
