S500 w140 anyone know how to replace the bulbs on the 4 dials to the heaters one is out only thing on the whole car that don't work and is bugging me now lol

I've got a w203 c class saloon and I'm wanting to get some brighter lights as mine are a bit dull. Anyone recommend some bright bulbs/hid kit that won't come up with errors. Wanting 6000k or 8000k. Thanks.
