Hi all Needed some advice - the seat belt butler on the passenger side of my E220 coupe abruptly stopped working today. I had the seat back all the way recently, and was wondering if this could be why. Is there a sequence to follow when diagnosing this issue on these cars? Drivers side works...

Evening lovelies... I've just nipped out the shop and butler Barry served me well!! On getting back in he didn't serve me my belt??? [emoji848].. Due a service in 11 days does this mean Barry is winding down or just a fault??? Clueless in a C Class x Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi all I have faulty seatbelt presenter on my 1987 420-SEC. I'm trying to find out if the presenter mechanism is identical on all the W126 SECs or if it changed at all after the 1985 facelift? Any pointers appreciated, many thanks!

had the passenger side seat belt butler come all the way out yesterday,after stripping the interior to investigate,i eventually found that it went back in with a firm push,appears to be working perfectly again,there is no damage to cogs or micro switches so am assuming it was due to hamfisted...

Hi all, lookin for a gear cog off the motor( small one) on my 300ce Sekt belt butler, drivers side. Had a look on eBay but can't find one, I see there are some old posts saying that someone on here may have some? Thanks alex

My 91 ce300-24. the drivers side seat belt butler has started coming out to the end of its travel and continues untill you switch off ignition or take fuse out. the problem started about a year ago so i disconnected the door switch and that cured it Until today does anyone know what i could try...
