Hi, my fuel gauge is reading incorrect. I'm measuring 5.8 volts going to the fuel sender. Is this correct? Any advice appreciated.

Hi does anyone know how to diagnose fuel gauge problem as it shows empty no matter how much diesel in the tank, I have pulled out sender unit cleaned it with switch cleaner and put it back but no joy, any advice or tips would be much appreciated.

Hi Just curious as to how accurate the fuel warning light is compared to what miles are showing left on the readout. My warning light came on today at Quarter tank, command was saying I had 40 mile left.... is this about right...? I never usually let it get that low as a rule..! Cheers Lee
