headlamp

Hi all, I've fitted 2007 lamps, plugged in the elongated "D" connections, but I'm getting intermittent use of the dipped beams and the main, can anyone tell me if I need a loom conversion or something, this is obviously not the way forward, any help would be ace guys. Thanks, Lee.

Guys, Had my 2013 E220 sport for a week and have noticed that the front headlamp casings are misting up quite badly in the bad weather (condensation inside). I've never had this on any other car - is this a common problem? Still under warranty so may take it in to be looked at. Cheers

I know it's a sealed unit but is it possible to replace just the glass on the headlamp unit. I've noticed a crack in the glass and the dealer has quoted over £700 for a replacement plus an hours labour. The internals of the light are fine. Cheers.

Hi guys it have found my water leak it's coming from a headlight washer it's performs as it should but water still gently flows out after use and then drains the washer bottle. Does anyone know if I can replace the seals? Or is it a sealed unit

Replaced the stock headlamps on my CLS with Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited H7 lamps today - what a difference !! Currently £13.83 on Amazon if anybody is interested ?!

My headlamp adjuster on 2005 CLS doesn't appear to make any difference to the beam. Is there any maintenance that needs doing and where is it based? Thanks

Hmmm. Broken bonnet catch is more serious. Seems he had a minor bump and the headlamp is broken as well. Does headlamp replacement require bumper removal? If it does, how do you get the bumper off?
