Help plz. Does a crankcase breather pipe cause engine to idle rough

My engine runs rough on tick over fine top end just wondering does the crankcase breather pipe if broke cause rough idle plz help thankyou.

my car has just started ticking over like its hunting its ok when driving but when idling its rough any ideas would be great ?

I am hitting a wall on the hunt of a power steering hose and pressure pipe for my SL. Its the one connected to the bottom of the radiator, the hose mounting has rusted and taken the steel pipe with it. Has anyone any idea of the part number ???. Regards in advance.
