Has anyone changed this before, it looks like it is leaking from around the plug, not the o ring that seals the electrical socket. Any advice welcome. Cheers

Hi, yesterday I posted about oil levels in gearbox - thanks for help. Nut I also read that it can leak from gasket and also plug/bolt in front of gearbox. could someone please enlighten me on this (sorry just can't find it today, have looked for last 1/2 hour :wallbash: ) thanks guys

hi guys, am hoping to look at an s280 1996 in the next couple of days . apparently when it warms up there is an intermittent problem with changing up but its fine when cold. is it likely to be anything more than atf. all views welcome thanks, andy

Guys, How hard is it to change the Bridge seal on a S280 24V. Need new rad so while I have rad off and fluids drained gonna fit new crank seal and bridge seal. Only drops 1 LTR between 12mth service, 6000mls. Any advise will be great. Richard

I have this gray market '95 model with a stick, however 5-speeds were never imported into the U.S.A. The shift boot is missing and I thought of asking some junkyards over there but someone said that very few were sold even in England with the 5-speed. Has anyone come across one in a junkyard?
