wondering if i can retro-fit the center roll-top piece (in pic) to mine,, i've got just the storage tray,, with a bit of carpet in the bottom,, anybody done it..???

Recently got a wind deflector for my R129 (which came without one). What are the options for storing this in the vehicle? My car has a recess in the boot with 3 elasticated straps ... but this isn't quite wide enough for the deflector to fit into it :confused:. The straps do hold the...

My R129 still has the standard audio cassette storage in the centre console, which is just wasted space. Popped in to the local dealer this morning to see what the options were. There's still a replacement CD storage insert available ... however the price is £156 plus VAT! :eek: :eek...

Due to some unforseen financial circumctances I am thinking to put my car in storage for a year or so very soon after the Summer.. What kind of things do I need to know, I don't want a seized Engine or brakes. One soon to be broke man. I'm just a poor man with a Benz.
