    External temp sensor SL350

I am getting crazy readings of 30c plus on the instrument panel, as a result the A/C thinks it needs to keep me cool  I would assume the sensor needs replaced, anyone know where the sensor is located and is it easy to source one and change? Thx

    W124 outside temp gauge

Does any know if there is there more to fitting an OTG to a car without it, than fitting the thermocouple on the front bumper and the LCD display to the instrument cluster? Is the wiring loom different, or does the thermocouple actually wire directly into the back of the dash? Thanks a lot

    W126 Temp Gauge - Overheating

I have had a problem recently whereby when the car has been driven for around 20 mins the temp gauge goes up towards the red and gets pretty damn close. At this point I usually blast the heater on hot and it falls back pretty quickly. To try and solve the problem I recently flushed the cooling...

Since buying my w124, the OTG has always had a blank display. It has the OTG option, and as the front sensor in the bumper had been mangled by the previous owner, I assumed a new sensor would fix it. A new sensor was ordered from Mercedes and fitted this morning, but still the display is...

Changing status line from speed to temp on B Class

The status line on my B class has the speed in KMH displayed above the auto gear section part - it says in my book that this is not changeable in the uk but other countries can have the outside temp displayed there - can this be changed or is it locked down - seems a bit odd to me . Thanks:dk:
