Does anyone have any suggestions as to what wheels would fit on this? What ET Number and wheel size?

What you have on there currently are 6Jx14 ET30 if that helps at all

What size do you want to go for? You can fit 18" quite easily. ET25 offset.

Even 8J x 16" look great on these!
