Hi all. I'm new to the forum. Made some interesting reading up to press.
I have a question regarding diagnostic tools and can't find much in relation to the older cars.
I'm looking to buy a tool for our 1999 V220 cdi, can't afford the star system, but all I've found has been for later cars with OBD2 connectors.
I have bought the icarsoft for my volvo previously and found it very useful so I'm wondering if the MBii with an adaptor cable would work, or any recommendations re other tools on the market or anybody have anything for sale?
Just had the ecu unlocked as it seemed we had an immobiliser problem, and it's come back, now we have the EDC light on.
