2003 E220 estate Elegance

I spotted this on gumtree and though I might go and have a look. Anything in particular to look at with a car of this age?

Rust around suspension and subframe mounts.

MOT history shows its had some previous, and looks to have been quite hard used.

Even with low mileage, it is still a 210 chassis and will rust. For similar money you can find a 211 E320 /E270. Which is a far better vehicle to drive.

Just wondering where you found the MOT history for it?

Also what is the difference between a 210 and 211 chasis?

There is an E class 211......saloon is a W211 and an estate is a S211

See how much nicer the 211 is -----IMHO of course.
