209 clk 240 coupe wont start-help!!!

This morning i tried to start the clk, i turned the key like normal-dash lights up as normal but nothing happens when the key gets to the third click & it just wont start. Ive checked the car is in park gear....the two keys i tried both have power. I did notice it say on the trip computer service B now due. However yesterday it said service B due in 8800miles. Also the clock was spinning around almost like it was trying to reset its self. Any ideas?

:bannana: -Tried it again tonight when i got back from work and it worked first time! spoke to my indy & he said he will plug it in to STAR for me to see if there is any errors and reset the service notification on the trip computer
