Absolute joke....what about these HGV's with the flying ice that comes off the top of the container/trailer ? are these drivers supposed to climb up and clear the ice off the roof before they drive off...I dont think so !...would go to court and test the argument....I though it was just necessary to clear the visibility areas..i.e. windows...

Common sense/ courtesy to remove excessive snow from a vehicle.Dangerous to pedestrians motor/pushbikes and other road users . Imagine a biker on the motorway being hit by a chunk of snow/ice - doesnt bear thinking about .
