350SL (2007) CD auto-changer not working

Hi,

I have just bought a 350SL. for some reason the CD auto-changer is not working. Is there any reason it may have been disconnected? The multi CD symbol is not shown on the Command screen either.

If you press the eject button does anything happen. Can you hear anything trying to work in the changer.

Hi Andy,
no, its completely dead. I have put my hand in and underneath as far as it will let me and can not feel any wiring, if there is supposed to be any? That's why i was suspicious over the multi CD symbol not showing on the screen.
