A crazy driver at the traffic lights

I drove into Colchester the other day ,there is a complicated junction near the railway station,I was on the inside lane and there was a import jap peoples carrier on the outside lane we had to stop as the traffic lights were red ,but just before they changed a jag had crossed the light on the outside lane but there was a yellow box and he could not cross straight ahead because there was a car on the other side stopping him crossing ,also by now the lights were green for other traffic to pass in front of us from right to left,well there was a lull in the traffic crossing from the right and the peoples carrier went across the red light around the jag and turned left and raced off,there are some crazy drivers out there.

I know that roundabout well, it doesnt help that the traffic light phasing is all over the place. That added with stupid drivers doesnt help!
