I had to use the screen washers for the first time today, and they are set far too low, hardly hitting the screen.

On previous cars, it's been a simple job to adjust with a pin, but these seem to spray in a fan shape, and the jets aren't easily get-attable, it seems. The car is a new C220.

Am I missing something (apart from a brain.....)?

Thanks

Hi,
Is your car a 202 or 203?
If a 202 (upto 2000), then you should just be able to adjust with a pin or a small straightened paper clip, if they appear to be seized (as mine were) they are possible scaled up that was my conclusion when I did mine, though mine did move slightly which was enough adjustment in my case. 203 ones could be the same but I have no experience of them.

The link in my post referred to the 204 and to quote from post#13

"MB changed the design on the C class in 2009 to non-adjustable nozzles"

So yours defo are non-adjustable. But as you say, at only a couple of weeks old the dealer should sort FOC ;)

Sorry, I misread it as post #3!
