Any ideas where to get a passenger side AMG door will for an E63 2010. My drivers as one but the passenger says Mercedes Benz. Could anyone help me find one or does anyone know what Mercedes would charge. Thanks

I think your question should be " Why the F has my 7 year old 63 AMG got mis matched door sill plates ?" . Pretty sure it didn't leave the factory that way.

I know it didn't leave that way so I don't need to ask that question. I need to find out where to get a replacement.

Try Mercedes Benz. They stock parts for Mercedes Benz.

Its possible that you can only get the trim plate you want as part of an AMG trim "package" meaning that you have to buy the entire trim package. [expensive!!] MB does this deliberately to stop owners " blinging up" their standard cars with genuine AMG trim. I can only surmise that the previous owner's trim was lost/stolen/accident replaced and the only economic repair was to fit a mercedes standard bit of trim?? If you go to your "friendly" MB parts counter with your chassis no they should be able to to confirm same and cost of trim or Trim package you might have to purchase. If you are lucky it will be an individual part but if so it will be expensive for the reasons given above. Armed with the part no you can then do a search for a second hand one/ breaker part/replica on the t'internet.
It must be annoying to have " assymetric trim" :wallbash: so if you have no luck the alternative would be to change the remaining AMG sill trim for a standard "mercedes benz" trim part. then at least both sides would be the same?o_O

I would still be inclined, when you do change the sill plate to pull back the carpet and get a torch in there and look for any repair damage inside the sill, same for inside of the lower part of the door.

Do the 212 part numbers fit a 211 Alps?
That is a shocking price for a bit of decorative trim.
