I'm afraid that Murray was indeed suffering from the " know f*** all about tennis but must be seen at the centre court" bug which is carried by media seeking personalities who act as hosts for the disease. This leads to the infected person become bored with tennis after about 15 minutes of play. Rafael Nadal was an early victim. Direct contact with the hosts may not be necessary as the disease can be spread via carrier television presenters who are immune but can infect other players by post match interview.

This organism is related to the "know f*** all about formula 1 but must be seen on the starting grid" bug often spread by Hollywood movie stars. Sebastian Vettel has succumbed on numerous occasions this year while Ferrari's Fernando Alonso has also been exhibiting worrying symptoms from time to time.
