Anyone know the book price for an old 240TD

I am about to buy a W reg (1980 / 81) 240 TD Estate. DOes anyone have an idea about how much it should be worth as none of the used car price guides sem to list it. I need to know this ofr my insurance

What condition, how many miles?

We get given them for free, but when we do buy them, £100-£200 depending on condition.

About 170 000 I think, clutch is on its way out too. Otherwise it is in good mechanical nick, tidy underneath, new exhaust, tyres, long MOT and tax, a bit tatty looking but I don't care about that, I just need something to drive around in for the summer.
