I need a new 7g gearbox for my w209 clk 320 cdi. My question is if a 7g gearbox from a w221 s class 320 cdi, w211 e 320 cdi... Would be compatibles

Possibly, but the numbers MUST match. Do you know which model you have? 722.9xx??

I think your's is a 722.902

Get the old one re-built. Much better option and probably not to different cost wise.

If you do use a second hand one it will need to be programmed
