Box left hand corner of boot E class S211

[E Class magic]

Hi all, can anyone tell me what the box is on the bottom left hand corner as you open up the boot on S211 e class. It has SBC brakes and I believe it's something to do with that. It's making a noise occasionally which is like a clicking or rattling noise. It's normally when I'm going over speed humps so it could be loose or something else. I'll be honest I haven't looked inside with my torch yet in case there's an obvious name on the side of it. Does any one know if it could be loose or failing? Thanks in advance!

Hi, The Sbc pump is under the Bonnet osf corner, the box i believe your talking about sits behind the Boot cover? and is the Disc drive for the Sat nav.

Do with the command type system unless you think it might be something else

Is it under the boot floor or in the side of the load area?

Under floor it could be the tool box, holding the jack, spanners etc. Or possibly the spare wheel centre holder with the wheel bolts..

In the load area side trim, could be PSE pump, rear SAM, Audio gateway...

Hi I will obtain a photo, it's a metal coloured box which is inside the side load area if that's any help!
