C Class door inserts with airbags - Removal???

Anyone know how i remove the door inserts on my W203?? The fronts have airbags, rears appear not to....Not sure if door card has to be removed entirely or not.....?? Thanks...

haha, i think i just need to come round your house one day and then i wouldnt need to come on here so often!!

I need to replace the vinyl leather looking things that insert on all four doors, basically the bits you have had trimmed in red leather on your doors, i heard a trimmer call them torpedos!! Anyway, i have new ruffled leather ones double stitched etc in alpaca to match my new seats so wanted to fit but wasnt sure how much hassle it is to remove them from the door panel itself.....??
