c207/w212 headlamp washer replacement

Hi Guys

After my thread on the requirement of the headlamp washers to pass an MOT, I have another question. In order to fit the replacement washer unit. is this a bumper off job or can the unit be accessed via the wheel well? I am already peeved about having to replace the unit, the additional labour to get the bumper off will be the icing on the cake.
If anyone has experience on this job can they let me know

If it's anything like my S203 and W219, you will need to remove the bumper
