Also where is therelay for the intercooler?.

Yes, you need a new pump. Can't help with any relay location.

Yes, the intercooler pump and relay are both weak links. When they were replaced under warranty, the dealer replaced both parts at the same time. I seem to recall that often the relay failed which overworked the pump and then that failed.

Where abouts is the relay and fuse?
I believe they are in the boot.

It very from year to year. I never had a relay. Fuse is in the boot on the left site. There is a post here somewhere with pictures
