I've got an 04 C320 sport coupe (petrol) that has developed a few issues since I ran very low on petrol (didn't quite run out).
Engine now takes ~30 secs of continuous turning over to start - chugs until revs kick in then idles happily around 700rpm, low mpg ~19 on 40 mile drive (usually 26-30), no kickdown power. Revs stay up though no acceleration until I ease off to normal acceleration. Drives perfectly fine without putting the foot down.
No engine light on dash, 'no malfunction' also shows. Guessing MAF? Dare say the next stop will need to be diagnostic machine though I read that it doesn't necessarily throw you a code...
