CL203 Auto dimming RVM

So, I retrofitted the auto dimming RVM to my CL203 a few months back and worked perfectly. Noticed today however that its just stopped. No signs of liquid damage or anything, just no longer dims. Any suggestions?

Try covering the forward facing sensor, on the 'back' of the mirror (facing the bonnet) and see if it dims.

No idea what happened, but seems to be working fine again now.
