Good evening here's Johny,
Bought an CLK 200 (no kompressor) 1997, few days ago i had transmission issue - in the morning transmission started tor work only in 1 gear (emergency mode), got to my work place and made Star diagnostic, it said that one of the solenoid have an issue, we dropped the error and next days was the same thing. So after some consultation with electric we decided to do drop optimization settings (while driving it adjusts to driver) and from now on i had no problems. Just wondering if that could really be the issue here? Usually im driving in W mode (its winter here) i tried out S mode and when its downshifts from 2 to 1 gear revolutions rise by ~5 - only from 2 to 1, so im not sure is that is normal, can you give me some info about this stuff, havent driven in S mode for some while...
