Mercedes CLS Grand Edition
Hi I wonder if someone could help never posted on here before but I'm sure I've come to the right place!

My CLS Grand Edition shut down on me on Monday 1st Feb, 2009 edition 42k miles.

The error code they picked up showed that their wasn't enough pressure from the fuel injectors to all 6 of my cylinders. They wiped the error message from the ECU and it started perfectly, they drove It out of the garage then it broke down again, back to the drawing board they said!

It's been in the garage ever since and they say they think it's either the ECU or the Brabus D6III chip?

Had anyone else seen this or have any comments that may help me?

Any advice would be great!!

Thanks

Is the car at an MB dealer?
Not for me to advice MB techs but I'd start by removing the Brabus chip.

Indeed it is at the MB dealer. Just waiting to see what their response will be...they have said they have sent my diagnostics over to the German diagnostics team for their view on it. Haha don't know if that's good or bad!

Haha, I know any ideas on the price of this sort of thing??

Where about are you Alexander?
An MB independent is where I would have any work done along with any diagnostics. Around half the price of a main dealer for the same (or better) service.

I'm based down near Brighton...there are 2 main dealers here, Brighton and Eastbourne, do you know of any others?
