COMAND no sound?

Guys,

anyone ever had this issue before? My COMAND doesnt have any sound, all other functions work, sometimes it comes on and cuts out every 5-10 seconds and then it comes on again. sometimes its a hit or a miss, sound working on startup or no sound at all


checked fuses and they all look fine. car is still in warranty so will be taking it to MB, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? is it a easy fix?

Obvious question, perhaps. Have you hit the mute button?

no i havent, i checked. sometimes i can hear static coming through? battery is fine, everything else works, connectivity, sat nav, all on screen displays in comand etc.

i want to try a soft reset by disconnecting the battery- does anyone know if this will affect my remap or not?
